At the Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences (TIPS)’s journal club meeting held online on January 25, 2021, the topic of “Voltammetry and its applications” was presented by Dr. Z. Bayrami. In this meeting, first, the principles of voltammetry as an accurate electroanalysis method and a branch of electrochemistry were introduced. The second section of this meeting was dedicated to the applications of voltammetry, where a simple tool achieves insights into the various kinetic parameters in different field such as medicine, chemistry, engineering, pharmaceutical, environmental and material sciences.
